Troubleshooting Recordings
If you're not receiving new Recordings, and you haven't gone over your page view limit, there are a few things that could be happening. Here's a handy checklist you can use to determine possible causes.
- Make sure there are no filters being applied.
Clear any tags entered in the with: and without: fields, and double check that the Filter field is empty. - See if you're over your page view limit.
If you're over your page view limit for the month, Recordings won't show up.
