Why do my recordings show asterisks when users type in fields?

Out of the box, Lucky Orange does  not capture keystroke data. Every character from every field on every page is replaced with an asterisk before any data is recorded. This is to keep all data anonymous. If you have certain fields that are not “sensitive” (e.g. fields for quantities, products, coupon codes, etc.), you can enable keystroke capturing for these fields.

To do this, you must opt out of keystroke blocking by unchecking the Do not record keystrokes box in Settings. You then need to add a small addendum to the code of those fields that are deemed “not sensitive.” The format can be found here: How do I capture keystrokes in non-sensitive fields?.
