Cancel Your Lucky Orange Paid Plan
If you are experiencing any issues or would like assistance with your account, please reach out to us by email at support@luckyorange.com or by phone at +1-913-735-9032. At that point, if you would still like to move forward with cancelling your Lucky Orange plan, make sure you are logged in to your Lucky Orange account as the account master and follow these steps:
Click on the dropdown at the top right of your Lucky Orange account where your name is displayed.
Select the "Subscriptions & Payment Methods" option.
Under "Current Subscription" click on the "cancel" button.
Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation of the account. This will cancel your recurring plan and will take affect immediately.
