How to have chat transcripts automatically emailed to you

1. Visit Chat » Settings » Advanced.
2. Check the Email Chat Transcript checkbox.
3. Add the email address(es) you would like the transcript automatically sent to (separate multiple email addresses with a comma).
4. Click Save Changes to complete set up.
